So this is it, the first posting on what would be my first blog ever. *Aside from Xanga and all those AA bs that I never really blogged* this folks is the real deal. The reason I created this blog was to keep my significant other updated as she was on the other side of the country having fun without me. She wanted to know if I was actually cooking for myself instead of making insta-food and whether or not I was scruffy looking. Usually she does the cooking so I'm not the best chef in the world but fear not because the I won't let the lack of estrogen stop this household from making great food. Here are the results of my first attempt. Suck on that.

Beef Shank curry. I wanted beef brisket but when I went to T&T and used my awesome Chinese speaking abilities I got shank instead. Funny how that works.
















Chinese greens, healthy and easy to make.
